SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing:

 

We normally ship orders out the next day, but at the moment we are very busy.  It may be 1-5 days before we ship your order.  Orders received on Friday will ship on Monday.  Custom orders can take 2-8 business days extra.

Shipping Costs:

 

You can determine shipping costs by adding items to the cart, entering your zip code and hitting the update button.  We are shipping from Cedar Springs, Michigan.

Approximate Standard Shipping Transit Time:


West Coast: 4-6 business days
Midwest: 2-3 business days
East Coast: 3-4 business days

If you would like your order shipped faster, let us know.  FedEx offers 2-Day and Overnight shipping, but this is usually 2-3 times more expensive than the standard shipping rate.  If you want to know how long it will take to get your set, use our contact form and give us some details as to what you want and your shipping address.

Returns Policy

If the product is defective, please use our contact form and we will email you instructions on returning the product within 30 days of you receiving the order.

Refunds Policy

If the product is in new condition, customers may request a refund within 30 days of receiving their order. The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with sending the product back to our warehouse. Once received, we will issue a refund. There is a 15% restocking fee. There are no refunds for orders that require customization, such as logos.

Cancellations Policy

Customers may cancel an order prior to shipment of stock items and prior to manufacture of custom orders. Please use our contact form.
